The conference will build on the momentum created by the European Commission and the French Presidency in line with the EC Communication "Better Careers and more mobility: a European Partnership for researchers", which identifies main drawbacks for the development of researchers´ careers and mobility in Europe and suggests possible pathways within the framework of Partnership between the Commission and the Member States. The conference will focus on research climate and attractiveness of the European Research Area (ERA), on creating better environment for researchers in Europe, on fostering young talents for research and their engagement in ERA and on developing of research skills and entrepreneurial mindset among young researchers. The timing of the Czech Presidency creates ideal opportunity for first discussions on the Human Resource Strategies of Member States and for evaluation of national and community tools for improving the overall environment for European researchers‘careers and mobility.
