Basic information about regulated professions in the Czech Republic

In this section you can find basic information concerning mutual recognition of professional qualifications of EU, EEA or Switzerland citizens (or their family members ).    

General legislation regulating recognition of professional qualifications is Act 18/2004 Coll. On recognition of professional qualifications (you can download it in the section Documents, contacts and forms). This act implements the Directive 2005/36/ES and other principles of free movement of professionals based on primary law of the EU.
