In April 2015 the Programme agreement between the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Finance
(National Focal Point) of the Czech Republic for the financing of the Czech-Norwegian Research Programme CZ09 has
been updated. Resources of the Czech-Norwegian Research Programme were increased by more than 2 mil. euro. The
increased allocation shall be used to finance first four projects from the reserve list. The resources shall not be
utilized for the programme management costs.
Update procedure for the Programme implementation agreement between the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports
(MEYS) and the Ministry of Finance is in process. Subsequently, the MEYS shall issue decisions on the provision of
institutional support (project contracts) for selected reserve projects.
